Zero Retention PDF

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zero Retention PDF API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License and API Keys

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our API. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. You agree not to share your API credentials with unauthorized third parties.

3. Data Processing and "Zero Retention"

Our Service converts HTML payloads into PDF documents. In accordance with our "Zero Retention" architecture, all processing occurs in ephemeral RAM. We do not persist, log, or store your HTML inputs or generated PDFs on any permanent storage medium. Once the API connection closes, the data is permanently destroyed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content. You must ensure that you have the legal right and necessary consent to process any data (including PII, PHI, or financial data) you send to our Service.

5. Payments and Credits

Our Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model using pre-purchased credits. All payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, FastSpring. Credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zero Retention PDF or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
