1. Overview

At Zero Retention PDF, we offer a pay-as-you-go API credit system. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund of your most recent credit pack purchase if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• You have used less than 5% of the API credits included in that specific purchase.
• Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., no abuse, load testing, or malicious activity).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:

• The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase.
• A significant portion (> 5%) of the purchased API credits have already been consumed.
• The credits were provided as part of a promotional or free tier offering.

4. FastSpring Integration

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller FastSpring. FastSpring is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout via FastSpring's secure gateway. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@xeropdf.com with your API Key and the Order ID provided in your FastSpring receipt email.
